Programmatic ExecutiveHemel Hempstead (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)Up to £40,000 plus benefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for a Programmatic specialist to join a growing performance marketing function where data, experimentation, and digital innovation sit at the heart of their strategy. You will play a key role in delivering high quality traffic and driving commercial performance across key digital channels.The Company

* Build, optimise, and manage programmatic campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
* Contribute to paid social delivery where relevant.
* Analyse campaign performance, produce reports, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
* Work closely with senior team members to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
* Ensure creative is data-informed and set up to maximise engagement and conversion.
* Support the wider performance marketing strategy to improve commercial outcomes.Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in programmatic marketing.
* Exposure to paid social activation or optimisation.
* Confident using data and insight to inform decisions and improve performance.
* Comfortable presenting findings and communicating with stakeholders.
* A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.What They Offer
