Job Description:
Content Designer / Content Design Lead / Digital copywriter
Remote working - twice a month on site
£450 day rate - umbrella engagement
Key Responsibilities
*Lead content design for service and aftersales journey for a well known and highly reputable retail brand.
*Audit and streamline content to improve clarity and reduce duplication.
*Create effective IA, navigation and microcopy that supports user flows.
*Ensure content meets accessibility and inclusive design standards.
*Work closely with Product Designers/Researchers and support teams in best-practice content design.
Required Experience
*Strong experience as a Content Designer/UX Copywriter on complex digital products.
*Hands-on experience with service/support journeys (returns, delivery issues, complaints).
*Solid understanding of IA, content structure and accessibility.
*Able to work independently and influence design quality across teams.
Nice to Have
*Experience in retail or high-traffic service environments.
*Experience mentoring others in content design.
