About Us
Join a dynamic and professional team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a high-end property portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards
The Role
As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties, leading a team of in-house engineers and coordinating with contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and allocate tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion
*Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and deliver maintenance schedules across all properties
*Liaise with internal departments to organise maintenance works
*Keep the Maintenance & Installations Manager updated on progress and issues
*Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance queries
*Approve and manage orders for parts, equipment, and contractor services
*Maintain stock levels of parts and ensure availability of backup supplies
*Carry out and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
*Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on support when required
*Ensure full compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
*Provide team cover during absences and participate in on-call/standby rota
*Complete any additional duties within the scope of the role
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a professional who has:
*Extensive experience in building/property maintenance
*Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
*Strong knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and maintenance best practices
*Excellent organisational and planning skills
*Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to produce clear reports and maintenance plans
*A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
*A full, clean UK driving licence
