Description
*Support the reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial records.
*Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
*Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tasks.
*Support the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory filings.
*Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines and objectives.
*Provide general administrative support for the finance department as needed.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
*A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
*Experience within the professional services industry or a related sector.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

*Experience or exposure to Netsuite.
*Ability to speak fluent Spanish.
