Job Description:
We are working with an established, independent financial planning firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality, holistic advice to individuals, families, and professionals in the Buckinghamshire area.
With over 30 years of experience, the business has built its success on trusted, long-term client relationships and a genuine commitment to life-stage financial planning. Advice is delivered on a whole-of-market basis, with a strong emphasis on transparency, integrity, and clear communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Independent Financial Adviser to step into a well-established client bank and focus on delivering exceptional ongoing advice, rather than chasing new business.
Role Overview
This Independent Financial Adviser role offers the chance to inherit a substantial client base within a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll be joining a firm that prioritises quality advice, client outcomes, and long-term relationships over short-term sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection, and estate planning
*Manage and develop relationships with an established client bank
*Conduct annual reviews and ongoing client meetings
*Identify planning opportunities aligned with client objectives and life stages
*Maintain strong compliance and regulatory standards
*Work closely with paraplanning and administrative support teams
*Deliver a high-quality, relationship-led client experience
You will inherit a client bank of approximately 150–200 clients, with total AUM up to £55m. These clients are already accustomed to long-term, trusted advisory relationships, and you will be fully supported by dedicated paraplanning and administrative teams within a stable, well-structured environment with established processes in place.
Salary & Benefits
*Basic salary to £100,000
*25% bonus on all revenue above 3.5x salary validation
*Uncapped earning potential
*Pension scheme
*Death in Service
*Access to an established and loyal client base
Ideal Candidate
*Level 4 Diploma qualified
*Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser managing client relationships
*Confident delivering holistic, whole-of-market advice
*Professional, personable, and relationship-focused approach
*Strong ethical standards and commitment to long-term planning
*Ambitious, with a desire to grow within a respected independent firm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Independent Financial Adviser who values quality over volume, enjoys working with established clients, and wants to build a long-term career within a stable and supportive independent environment.
