Job Description:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital strategies to drive engagement and growth for a consumer based business. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for making an impact, in a newly structured marketing team.

This is a B2C organisation with a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes. As a medium-sized organisation, they are committed to supporting their mission through innovative digital initiatives and impactful campaigns.
Description
· Own paid acquisition strategy across all channels (inc paid search, paid social, display, affiliates and retargeting campaigns)
· Deliver against CAC, revenue and enrolment targets
· Build forecasting and performance models
· Develop multi-channel campaign strategies aligned with business priorities.
· Optimise audience targeting, bid strategies, and retargeting sequences.
· Monitor, report, and interpret campaign performance with actionable insights.
· Collaborate with telesales to maximise lead quality and conversion.
· Manage campaign budgets (~£1m annual spend), reallocating based on performance.
· Implement and test creative messaging, landing pages, and journey variations to improve conversion.
· Provide recommendations on channel focus, prioritisation, and testing roadmap.
· Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, ad platforms, and tools.
Profile
· Managed £750k+ paid media budget
· Multi-channel expertise (Google, Meta essential)
· Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
· Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution, and channel economics.
· Demonstrated revenue accountability
· Advanced analytical skills - can interpret ROAS, CAC, MQL quality and adjust strategy.
· Experience working with complex attribution models
· Experience in long consideration-cycle businesses preferred
· Practical experience with A/B testing and optimisation across channels.
