Junior IT Support Technician
Manchester (Onsite)
£120-140 per day

A Junior IT Support Analyst to join a busy Manchester-based IT Operations team. Perfect for someone with 12–18 months of experience who’s keen to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
*Provide deskside and service-desk support
*Set up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
*Handle new starter onboarding
*Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic AD tasks
*Assist with small IT projects and documentation
Experience:
*Strong customer service skills
*Willingness to learn and develop
*Basic IT support experience (1st line)
*CompTIA A+ / ITIL / Microsoft fundamentals (nice to have)
