Duties
*Processing purchase invoices accurately and ensuring timely approvals.
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
*Preparing payment runs and ensuring all suppliers are paid within agreed terms.
*Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams in a professional manner.
*Supporting month-end tasks including accruals and ledger upkeep.
Requirements
*Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoice processing.
*Confident communicator with the ability to resolve queries effectively.
*Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems.
*Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload to meet deadlines.
