M&A Analyst

The OpportunityYou’ll play a key role in supporting deal origination and execution-combining market intelligence, financial analysis, and hands-on transaction support. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders and real responsibility from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing*Identify and assess acquisition opportunities through market and company research
*Analyse financial data and build valuation models to support investment decisions
*Contribute to live transactions, including due diligence and deal execution
*Prepare high-quality materials for senior management and investment committees
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and operations
What We’re Looking For*2-4 years’ experience in insurance, M&A, or a relevant analytical role
*Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
*Solid understanding of M&A processes and deal lifecycle
*Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
*Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
*Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
