Job Description:

Training Provided! If you have experience in sales support, order processing, customer services or service coordination / scheduling, this position could suit you.


Working as part of close-knit team, you will be responsible for all of the administrative processes associated to sales and business operations, with duties including:-


Handling customer enquiries related to products, pricing, quotes and orders by phone and email.
Calculating and processing bespoke quotations for customers
Order processing and fulfilment; allocating stock and booking shipments
Liaising with suppliers and couriers to plan logistics
After sales service
Managing customer accounts


Modern offices in central Tunbridge Wells (with parking & easy-access transport links!)


Mon-Fri 9-5


Salary - £26-28,000
