Job Description:
OverviewWe’re looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team on a fixed-term basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for handling queries, supporting system administration, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities*Manage incoming queries via phone & email
*Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
*Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
*Support joining, moving & leaving processes
*Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
*Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
*Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets
Skills & Experience*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*Confident handling customer queries
*High attention to detail and organisation
*Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
*Team player with a proactive approach

This is an office based role, 35 hours per week for a 12 months fixed term contract ideally starting ASAP.
