We’re seeking experienced Interim Home Managers to provide strong, steady leadership to care homes in Croydon / Maidstone and Crawley. You’ll bring confident operational oversight, excellent people-management skills, and the ability to quickly stabilise, support and drive quality.
*Proven Home Manager or Interim Manager experience
*Strong CQC knowledge and ability to lead services
*Hands-on leadership style with a focus on staff engagement and resident experience
