Overview167 Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a Staff Software Engineer to join a fast-scaling organisation building production-grade AI and full stack solutions.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working close to the business, solving real-world problems, and delivering solutions at pace.
Key Responsibilities*Design and build scalable full stack applications
*Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions including LLM integrations and RAG systems
*Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
*Lead rapid prototyping and production delivery
*Contribute to architecture decisions across multiple projects
*Mentor engineers and support technical best practice
Skills and Experience*Strong experience with Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
*Experience with React, Next.js or similar frameworks
*Cloud experience, ideally AWS
*Experience building and deploying production systems
*Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs or retrieval-based systems
*Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Desirable*Experience in consulting, forward deployed or product-led environments
*Experience with CI/CD, containerisation and infrastructure as code
*Exposure to data pipelines or multiple database types
