An established and well-regarded law firm in Manchester is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
*Handling client enquiries and providing regular updates
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Conducting searches, preparing contract packs, and supporting pre-/post-completion work
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and external solicitors
*Maintaining files in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
About You
*Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
*Strong understanding of the process from instruction to completion
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage workloads independently and within a team
*Confident using case management systems (training provided if needed)
