Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer) – Coventry (Hybrid)


A well-regarded, multi-office Legal 500 firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing team in Coventry.
This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers. You will be stepping into a replacement role, inheriting an established and ready-made caseload from day one, allowing you to make an immediate impact within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The firm offers a flexible hybrid working model, with just 2 days per week required in the office, alongside a strong benefits package and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.
The Role:
You will manage your own full caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion, covering a broad spectrum of freehold and leasehold transactions. You will be supported by experienced paralegals and work within a well-structured and friendly team.
Key Details:
• Salary up to £55,000, plus bonus (depending on experience)
