Job Description:
Reed Education are looking for dedicated, empathetic, and adaptable individuals to join a secondary-age specialist provision as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant starting after the Easter break.

About the RoleYou will support students aged 11–16 who may present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs. Your role will involve building positive relationships, promoting engagement, and helping young people feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on human interaction, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

*Helping deliver personalised learning and intervention activities
*Promoting positive routines, structure, and role-modelling
*Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and wider support professionals
