Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a flexible, desk-based role where you can focus on delivering high-quality advice and building long-term client relationships?
We are working with a well-established financial services firm seeking a skilled Desk Based Adviser to provide ongoing, compliant advice to an existing client base via telephone and virtual meetings.


The Role
This is a client-focused position where you will deliver ongoing financial advice remotely, ensuring clients receive a professional and compliant service aligned with their individual needs and objectives.


Key Responsibilities
*Provide ongoing financial advice to clients via telephone and virtual meetings
*Conduct regular client reviews in line with agreed service levels and client agreements
*Gather and analyse detailed client information to support suitable recommendations
*Undertake product and market research to ensure best client outcomes
*Maintain accurate and compliant documentation before and after client reviews
*Focus on client retention and long-term relationship management
*Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, legislation, and market developments
*Ensure CPD is recorded and Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) is always valid


About You
*Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
*Comfortable delivering advice in a fully desk-based / remote capacity
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A proactive and professional approach to client service
