Our client is a large local government organisation and are looking for an experienced Liquidlogic / EYES application support professional to join their team on a permanent basis

It is with this plan and the need to continually improve how the system delivers for our staff our LiquidLogic Applications Support Team to drive forward improvements in our Education systems specifically LiquidLogic EYES.
We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking IT Application Technologist with exceptional customer engagement skills and a strong ability to lead adoption and change. In this pivotal role you will provide expert guidance overseeing the development, continuous improvement and 4th line support of our Liquidlogic applications primarily EYES and provide cover for LCS, LAS, EHM and ContrOCC with 2 other recently appointed Expert and Service Leads in the team
An excellent understanding of Education and Childrens Social Care as well as strong understanding of local government operations and wider strategic priorities. Experience supporting and developing the LiquidLogic product is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks, Common Strategic Assessment Frameworks i.e. SWOT, PESTLE etc and best practices and be customer focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively using your initiative and have a passion for identifying opportunities for process improvements.
You will have strong business skills and work in an Agile Framework, demonstratable collaboration and customer service skills able to deliver clear and precise communications to a senior audience.
Candidates should demonstrate they are familiar with strong change management processes and be able to lead on Transformation Programmes across relevant work streams..
