Your new role
As the new Year 4 Teacher, you’ll be responsible for:
*Delivering creative, engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
*Creating a positive, supportive classroom culture where every pupil thrives
*Using assessment to drive progress and personalise learning
*Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
*Contributing to wider school life and extracurricular opportunities
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an ECT looking for your first permanent role, your passion for teaching and commitment to pupil progress matters most.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you should have:
*QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
*Experience teaching within KS2 (placement experience accepted)
*Strong classroom management and high expectations
*A creative, engaging approach to lesson planning
*A genuine passion for making a difference
