HGV Class 2 DriverNewport | £16 PAYE / £19 Umbrella | Sunday to Thursday | Temp to Perm | Immediate Starts
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Class 2 Driver for a well-known distribution business in Newport. This is a temp-to-perm role ideal for drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.
Contract and Hours*Contract: Temp to permanent.
*Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am.
*Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day.
*Pay: £16 per hour PAYE / £19 per hour Umbrella (OT Friday x1.25 & Satuday x1.75).
Key Responsibilities*Shunting vehilces around the site.
*Loading and unloading of vehicles.
*Using Counter Balance FLT as and when required
Candidate Requirements*Valid HGV Class 2 Licence + CPC & Digi Cards.
*Ability to carry out manual handling safely.
*Strong customer service skills.
*Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
