This opportunity is available at Associate or Senior Associate level and is ideal for candidates from both Top 100/City firms and regional or boutique practices.
Corporate Lawyer Role – Key Responsibilities
Work on High-Value Corporate Transactions
*Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
*Business Sales and Disposals
*Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
*Private Equity Transactions and Investments


Client Relationship Management & Business Development
*Advise UK and international clients across a range of sectors
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Attend networking events, client meetings and industry functions
*Support the continued growth and strategy of the corporate team
Corporate Solicitor Requirements
Qualified Corporate Lawyer (3+ PQE)
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
*Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate or Commercial Law
*Experience gained in a City, national, regional, or boutique law firm
*Strong technical skills across corporate transactions
*Excellent client care, communication and commercial awareness
