Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a HR Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This HR Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:• Managing daily administrative and operational tasks within the HR function
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal colleagues regarding HR queries
• Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and documentation, including onboarding and compliance
• Supporting wider teams with workflow, reporting and general coordination
• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
• Assisting with recruitment coordination, interviews and new starter processes
• Supporting employee relations documentation and note-taking where required
About You:• Experience within a similar role (HR support, HR admin, or office support desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/CRM systems
• Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
• CIPD Level 3 preferred but not essential, in line with HR qualification requirements
• Must have full Right to Work in the UK
Salary, Hours & Benefits:• £27,000 – £30,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
• Hybrid working available after probation (1–2 days WFH)
• Study support for CIPD Level 3 or 5

• Regular CPD workshops and HR development sessions
