HR Business Partner who have:
*Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role.
*Demonstrable experience managing complex ER casework.
*Experience of supporting organisational change, restructures and cultural initiatives.
*Experience contributing to or delivering OD, leadership or culture development activity.
This role for HR Business Partner will be working with Bromley council
