Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our valued client. This Customer Service Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Our client is an established professional services firm based in Maidstone, providing business support and advisory services to a broad portfolio of commercial clients.
Salary & Hours:
*Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
*Contract: Permanent, full-time
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
*Office-based in Maidstone with potential for hybrid working after successful probation
About the Role:*Managing daily administrative and client service tasks, including responding to emails and inbound telephone enquiries
*Acting as a key point of contact for business clients, providing updates on their queries, documentation and service requests
*Preparing and checking client documentation, contracts and service agreements with a high degree of accuracy
*Logging all interactions on the CRM system, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
*Supporting the wider professional services team with workflow, reporting, diary management and client review meetings
*Liaising with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and professional service at all times
*Contributing to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to streamline client service processes
About You:*Experience within a similar role (Customer Service Advisor, Client Services, Office Administrator or Business Support in a professional/office environment is desirable)
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
*Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and client data
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM/Database systems
*A calm, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
*Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a high level of service
*You must have full Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this position
