Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Hybrid – Oldbury & Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a growing team delivering high-quality workplace health services. This hybrid role involves weekly travel to client sites in Oldbury and Wolverhampton, alongside home-based working.
Role Responsibilities
*Deliver a full Occupational Health remit including:
*Case management
*Health surveillance
*Pre-employment assessments
*Fitness for work and safety-critical medicals
*Provide advice on physical and mental health in the workplace
*Maintain high clinical and professional standards
*Manage a structured daily caseload
Requirements
*Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
*Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
*Strong case management experience
*Ability to travel to client sites weekly
*OH qualification desirable but not essential
