A leading investment firm is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to join its London team.

This role supports the Global Head of Capital Formation (Managing Director) and requires a proactive, highly organised professional with experience in fast-paced financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

*Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and the wider team
*Manage complex, global calendars and scheduling
*Coordinate travel, meetings, and correspondence with senior stakeholders
*Partner with global administrative teams across offices
*Organize events, projects, and internal/external meetings
*Oversee office operations, visitor coordination, and logistics
*Process expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
Requirements:

*Strong experience supporting senior executives within a fast paced financial services firm is essential
*Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently
*Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
*Experience supporting senior executives with global responsibilities
*Event coordination experience
*Interest in sustainability, climate technology, or energy transition
