Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Membership Customer Services Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary to potential permanent basis.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced environment dealing with a variety of customers on a daily basis.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing membership renewals, ensuring customers are contacted and supported through the renewal process. This role will be based in Canary Wharf with a hybrid full time working pattern.
Key responsibilities include:
*Reaching out to members via phone and email to encourage renewals
*Managing membership accounts
*Providing a high level of customer service at all times
*Accurately updating internal systems and records
*Working efficiently to meet targets in a busy environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused role and enjoys engaging with people.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
*Strong phone-based experience and confidence speaking with customers
*Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
*The ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload
*A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable:
*Experience working with memberships or renewals
Important:
*You must be comfortable working with IT systems that may not be fully streamlined
