Event Travel Manager - Covering US Hours
We are recruiting on behalf of a global travel business who are expanding their specialist events team in the US. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex travel arrangements while building strong relationships with clients. You can be based in the UK or the USA.
You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless event travel programmes, supporting clients and travellers throughout the full journey.


Event Travel Manager - What will I be doing?
*Managing travel arrangements for events, including flights, hotels and ground transport
*Supporting travellers with changes, queries and problem-solving throughout their journey
*Overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
*Working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver against expectations
*Keeping accurate records and ensuring all bookings and processes are handled correctly
*Building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams


Event Travel Manager - What experience do I need?
*Proven experience managing groups for event travel or complex travel programmes end-to-end is essential
*Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
*Confident building and maintaining client relationships
*Solid GDS skills, including fares, ticketing and reissues is critical
*Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
*A calm, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail


Event Travel Manager - What else do I need to know?
*Fully remote role covering US Hours
*Working hours: Monday - Friday, 4.3pm - 1am if in the UK
*OR 08.30 - 5pm PDT in the USA
*Good Salary
