Job Description:
Are you a HR Coordinator looking to grow & gain more exposure across different areas?
I am working with a transformative charity dedicated to reshaping the economy for the benefit of people, communities and the planet.
They are looking to recruit a HR & Workplace Coordinator. Initially this role is being offered on 2 year fixed term contact.
They offer a hybrid working policy. You will work 2 days per week in their office based in Whitechapel with the remainder of the week working from home.
Salary £32,353 per annum
Role
As the HR & Workplace Coordinator, you’ll support smooth operations across HR, facilities, and health & safety while helping to foster an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide HR administrative support, maintain documentation, and respond to people and workplace queries.
*Assist with internal communications and staff engagement initiatives.
*Support recruitment administration, candidate communications, and interview scheduling.
*Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics.
*Manage the day-to-day workplace environment and act as the main contact for facilities queries.
*Coordinate suppliers, manage office supplies, and maintain the asset log.
*Arrange first aid and fire marshal training, run safety drills, and maintain records.
*Carry out workstation assessments and ensure compliance.
