Temporary Customer Service Executive
Location: Hook
Salary: £12.50 - £13.00
Job Type: Temp - Ongoing

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will take a customer-obsessed approach to every interaction, ensuring customers fully understand the purpose and value of the company.
You will engage with customers across multiple channels, helping to resolve queries, remove barriers, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and take ownership of customer issues will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional customer service through email, phone, and live chat interactions (both inbound and outbound).
*Proactively manage customer queries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
*Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
*Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
*Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
*Act as the main point of contact for vehicle or quality-related issues affecting customers.
*Work collaboratively with the wider supply chain to resolve customer concerns.
*Meet and exceed customer service and productivity KPIs.
Skills & Experience
*Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships.
*Experience in customer service environments.
*Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is desirable.
*Experience with conversational commerce platforms such as LivePerson is desirable.
*Experience within financial services would be advantageous.
