Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our successful based in Sussex.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who is interested in learning and administering client protection policies, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and private medical insurance.
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to advisers, managing protection cases from submission through to completion and post-completion, and ensuring all files are processed accurately, compliantly and within agreed timescales. T
he successful candidate will take ownership of client queries, delivering appropriate solutions and ensuring they are followed through to conclusion with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
*Process and manage protection applications including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and private medical insurance.
*Manage cases from submission through to completion and post-completion, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
*Liaise with providers, clients and advisers to obtain outstanding information and progress applications.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.
*Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures, FCA regulations and compliance standards.
*Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner, providing updates on application progress.
*Monitor pipelines and proactively follow up outstanding cases with insurers and providers.
*Updating and maintaining internal systems, records, and client files accurately
*Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing client information and documentation.

*Highly organised with a methodical and accurate approach to work
*Self-motivated, professional, and able to take ownership of tasks
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively
*A genuine team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail


The role is full time in the office.
