The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a fast-growing and collaborative team where you’ll take real ownership of client relationships, retention, and commercial growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with B2B sales, account management, or recruitment experience who enjoys building trusted partnerships, driving renewals, and uncovering growth opportunities within existing accounts.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure exceptional service, strong retention, and measurable commercial impact.


What You’ll Be Doing*Building strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
*Acting as the day-to-day contact and trusted advisor to your client portfolio
*Driving client retention, renewals, and commercial growth
*Delivering performance reviews and reporting that demonstrate value
*Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
*Coordinating with delivery and data teams to ensure client expectations are met
*Managing account plans, roadmaps, and Salesforce records
*Proactively resolving issues and managing escalations
*Running strategic client conversations and review meetings
*

What We’re Looking ForExperience*12–24 months in B2B sales, account management, or recruitment
*Experience managing clients or running commercial conversations
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Comfortable discussing performance, metrics, and business outcomes
*Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
*Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is beneficial
