Corporate & Governance (Advisory) Paralegal – Tunbridge Wells, Kent
My client, a highly ranked Legal 500 firm based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a Corporate & Governance (Advisory) Paralegal to support a fee earner who will be leading this area. The Role:
*Provide paralegal support in corporate and governance matters.
*Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.

Ideal Candidate:
*Ideally, you will have experience in corporate law.
*However, candidates with paralegal or legal assistant experience across other areas of law will also be considered.
