Job Description:
Project & Program Management / Business Analyst
Glasgow, Scotland (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract until end of 2026 (possible extensions)
Circa £500 p/d PAYE
We are hiring an experienced Project & Program Management / Business Analyst to join a large-scale Enterprise Technology function within a global financial services environment.
Role Overview
You will support end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, working across infrastructure and data teams to ensure effective planning, risk management, and execution. Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, you will help drive alignment, manage ambiguity, and ensure projects meet agreed timelines and scope.
Key Responsibilities
*Drive end-to-end project planning and coordination
*Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues
*Act as liaison between infrastructure and data teams
*Maintain clear documentation (requirements, scope, changes)
*Lead governance forums and track actions and milestones
*Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams
Required Experience
*Experience in project management / business analysis within financial services
*Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and data governance
*Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle
*Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Desirable Skills
*Agile methodologies
*ServiceNow, Snowflake
*Power BI, Tableau
