Job Description:
I am partnering with a Lloyd’s business looking to expand their existing Bordereaux team!!!
The Role
*Managing the full lifecycle of bordereaux processing- receiving, reviewing, validating, and uploading data in line with binding authority agreements and regulatory standards
*You’ll maintain reporting schedules, cleanse and map data, investigate anomalies, produce analysis and reports, and collaborate with underwriters, finance, claims teams, and outsourced partners (coverholders, brokers, TPAs)
*The role also includes supporting binder performance monitoring, resolving data queries, and escalating ongoing issues to ensure data quality and operational efficiency
Experience required
*Prior experience in a Bordereaux Technician or Analyst role within the Lloyd’s or company market, with a strong understanding of premium, claims, and risk bordereaux
*Advanced Excel skills, experience with data mapping and validation tools, and the ability to analyse insurance datasets
*Familiarity with delegated authority processes, Lloyd’s reporting standards, and systems such as Atlas, DCOM, IMR, or Crystal is beneficial, alongside strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing deadlines and improving data quality
