Job Description:
Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced HRBusiness Partner to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate
You will need
*Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role.
*Demonstrable experience managing complex ER casework.
*Experience of supporting organisational change, restructures and cultural initiatives.
*Experience contributing to or delivering OD, leadership or culture development activity.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
