We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our waking night team – Is that person you?!
We are recruiting a Waking Night & Days Support Worker for our Registered Mental Health Residential Home in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.
Support Worker Duties:
*Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support,
*Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users,
*Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
