DT (Design and Technology) Teacher
*Location: Liverpool

*Salary: £170 - £210 (dependent on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons in Design and Technology.
*Foster a creative classroom environment that encourages students to experiment and innovate with various materials and technologies.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure academic and practical skill development.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements and incorporate modern techniques into the curriculum.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate DT projects with other subjects, enhancing interdisciplinary learning.
*Manage and maintain DT equipment and resources, ensuring a safe and organized workshop environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE in Design and Technology or a related field.
*Experience in teaching DT at various educational levels.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in using DT equipment and technology.
*Ability to motivate students and foster a positive learning environment.
*Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching practices.
