Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Crewe – CeMAP 1 Fully FundedLocation: Crewe
Salary: Basic + Bonus per Appointment
OTE: £35,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading national mortgage broker firm to recruit ambitious individuals in Crewe looking to build a long-term career as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the mortgage industry with no CeMAP required initially, with a fully funded training pathway and clear progression into a qualified advisory role.
The Role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage BrokerYou will initially join the Client Services team, speaking with new and existing clients and booking appointments for Mortgage Advisors.
*Contact warm mortgage leads provided
*Pre-qualify clients and assess suitability
*Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors
*Manage diaries and CRM systems
*Follow up with existing clients approaching renewal
*Deliver excellent customer service
*Work towards appointment and performance targets
This is a quality-led telephone role, not a high-volume call centre, with around 50 calls per week.
Career Progression*First 6 months: Client Services / Appointment Booking
*After probation: CeMAP 1 fully funded
*Post CeMAP: Progress into Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Broker role
*Includes 3-week residential training academy and ongoing support
Requirements*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Confident on the telephone
*Target-driven and motivated
*Keen to build a career in financial services
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
