The Role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage BrokerAs a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will:
*Learn the full mortgage process, products, and lender criteria
*Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
*Conduct initial consultations and fact-finds
*Support clients through the mortgage application journey
*Work with estate agency teams to maximise lead opportunities
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties
*Work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs
*Progress into a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
Requirements*CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) – Essential
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales
*Driven, motivated, and career-focused
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits*Up to £25,000 basic (including car allowance)

*£45,000 OTE in Year 1
