Job Description:
VAG Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday (no weekends)
The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician with VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) experience to join a busy and well-established dealership/workshop in Ringwood.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected brand group, offering strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a great work-life balance with no weekend working.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on VAG vehicles
*Perform diagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer systems
*Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings
*Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards
*Accurately document work carried out
*Work collaboratively with the workshop team
Requirements*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Proven experience working with VAG brands (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda)
*Strong diagnostic skills (essential for higher salary bracket)
*MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
*Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits*£30k–£40k basic depending on experience
*£45k–£50k+ realistic OTE
