Description
*Provide leadership across the department
*Support with the success and growth of the department, including work-winning and client retention
*Manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services
*Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a tailored and commercial approach
*Drive advisory-led conversations and identify opportunities to refer work
*Support, develop, and help mentor the team, aligning people strategy with departmental and firm-wide objectives
*Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team and wider business
Profile
*ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
*Strong accounts and business advisory background
*A proven work-winner with the ambition and capability to step into a Director role
*Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams
