About the Role
Hue Recruitment is working with a leading client in St Albans to recruit a Production Operator on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone reliable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team assembling, testing, and maintaining electronic and monitoring equipment.


Key Responsibilities
*Build cable assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, and equipment cases
*Solder cable assemblies, connectors, and PCBs
*Mechanically assemble monitoring equipment and systems
*Test, configure, and repair electrical/electronic monitoring equipment
*Monitor stock levels for critical components
*Assist the production team with BOMs and assembly instructions
*Maintain a tidy and safe workshop environment


Skills & Requirements
*Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
*High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
*Organised, able to manage workload effectively
*Proactive team player who supports colleagues when needed
*Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Desirable:
*Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or similar technical roles
*Basic understanding of electronic components and equipment


Working Hours
*Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 (1-hour break)
*Access to your own vehicle is essential due to location
