We’re looking for an experienced M&A professional to join an established yet growing team. The role is broad and requires someone to support origination, management and execution of deals within the mid-market, c £25m+.

An established team in the Midlands, focusing on mid-market deals across a variety of sectors with a deal value typically between £25m - £100m. The team can boast over 30 years of M&A experience between their leadership team, now looking to hire an Associate Director to develop into a future Partner.
Description
*Lead end-to-end M&A processes.
*Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
*Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks and recommendations to stakeholders.
*Identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic fit.
*Negotiate terms and agreements with external parties.
Profile
*Have an ACA/ ACCA qualification
*Prior M&A experience is non-negotiable, ideally over 5 years in the Midlands
*A proven ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics
