You will play a key role in supporting the finance function while developing your technical skills and progressing your career within accounting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Invoice Processing
*Processing and verifying supplier invoices
*Matching invoices to purchase orders
*Accurately inputting data into the accounting system
Payments & Reconciliations
*Assisting with supplier payment runs
*Supporting bank reconciliations
*Monitoring bank accounts and online payments
Record Keeping & Administration
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Organising and filing invoices and supporting documents
Month-End & Reporting Support
*Assisting with month-end processes
*Supporting cash flow reporting
*Handling supplier queries and internal finance queries
About YouWe are looking for someone who is eager to build a career in finance and develop within a supportive environment.
You will have/you are:
*Currently studying AAT or a finance-related degree
*1–2 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role
*Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger
*Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
*Good communication and organisational skills
