What You’ll Be Doing
From day one, you’ll get stuck into meaningful work across a variety of areas:
Core Accounting & Reporting
*Support day-to-day accounting across multiple entities
*Assist with maintaining financial records and reconciliations
*Help prepare monthly and annual financial reports
*Get involved in budgeting and forecasting processes
Investment Exposure
*Learn how investment portfolios are managed
*Track capital movements and performance
*Work closely with brokers and investment managers
Cash & Payments
*Assist with managing payments, invoices, and expenses
*Support accounts payable and receivable processes
*Gain exposure to modern tools like Xero and ApprovalMax
Tax & Compliance
*Work alongside external advisors on tax processes
*Help prepare documentation and schedules
*Learn how compliance works across multiple entities
Business Operations
*Support audits and internal processes
*Assist with financial analysis and new opportunities
*Collaborate with teams across legal, tax, and finance
What We’re Looking For
*A graduate (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
*A strong interest in building a career in accounting or finance
*Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
*Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
*Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (experience with Xero is a bonus, not essential!)
*A team player with strong communication skills
