Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a market-leading estate agency to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a high-performing environment offering high earnings, strong lead flow, and full administrative support.
The Role – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Manage a pipeline of pre-qualified leads (10+ per week)
*Complete 2–3 mortgage cases per week
*Identify protection opportunities (life, critical illness, income protection)
*Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise conversions
*Deliver a compliant, customer-focused service
What’s on Offer
*£27,000 – £29,000 Basic (including car allowance)
*£1,000 monthly guarantee for 6 months
*Uncapped commission (10%–25% per case)
*£55,000 – £70,000+ OTE
*Full admin and compliance support
*Strong estate agency lead source

Requirements
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
*Strong mortgage and protection sales background
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence
