Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a professional, friendly and supportive team on an ongoing temporary part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for flexible, fully remote work.
The Role
As Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, supporting employees with queries, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Processing end-to-end payroll on a regular basis
*Ensuring all payroll data is accurate and up to date
*Managing payroll queries and providing excellent support to employees
*Handling statutory payments, deductions, and compliance requirements
*Liaising with internal teams such as HR and Finance
*Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity at all times
About You
We are looking for a reliable and experienced payroll professional who can hit the ground running in a remote environment.
You will ideally have:
*Proven experience in a payroll position
*Strong understanding of payroll processes and legislation
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Confidence working independently and remotely
*Strong communication skills
