Job Description:
Finance AssistantLocation: Park Royal Salary: £26,000-£32,000 (depending on experience)
We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities*Perform daily and weekly e-commerce and retail payment reconciliations
*Calculate host margin deductions and resolve discrepancies
*Produce weekly sales and aged debtor analysis, including debt chasing
*Complete monthly stock and sales reconciliations and investigate variances
*Allocate payments in Sage and maintain accurate Excel-based reports
*Manage monthly bank reconciliations and weekly UK/international payment runs
*Maintain accruals, prepayments, and selected balance sheet reconciliations
*Support the Management Accountant with auditor requests and ad-hoc tasks
Person Specification*Proficient Excel user
*Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
*Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent attention to detail
