Operations and HR Lead - Bournemouth - Term Time - Up to £34,232
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Operations and HR Lead to join a fast-paced academy environment. You’ll take ownership of office operations, lead the admin team, and manage key HR processes while supporting senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
*Lead daily office operations and administration
*Manage, train, and develop the admin team
*Oversee HR processes including recruitment and absence management
*Maintain systems and records (Arbor)
*Support senior leadership with key operational tasks
Experience and Skills Required:
*Experience in HR, operations, or administration
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and MIS systems
*Professional, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
